Return and Exchange Policy
At Such Good Supply we work hard to ensure that your orders arrive to you quickly and accurately. If you feel the item you have ordered is not up to expectation, please contact us directly before returning any products.
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item. We will ask for an photograph if the item/s received in order to verify. Please note that any defective items cannot be replaced after 30 days from your invoice date.
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your package thoroughly, often yardage appearances can be deceiving and or items can shift in transport.
- Please verify that there has been no previous communication as to the status of your order.
- Contact us within 3 days of the arrival of your package to report the missing items or shipment. Such Good Supply does not assume responsibility for items reported after this period.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: All returns/exchanges must be in New/original condition and must arrive to us as they arrived to you.
- Merchandise sold by the piece, excluding items listed below -- Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Full rolls – Subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Damaged goods
- Ribbon purchased by the yard, over 10 yards – This is subject to a 25% restocking fee on both returns and exchanges
- Please note – the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges returns and or exchanges.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
- Ribbon by the yard, under 10 yards
- Specially ordered items
- All Blank Dog Cloths
- Personalized items
- Items altered in any way

MAKING A RETURN
Note: Before taking the steps to returning any items, please contact us.
- Such Good Supply is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged during transit.
- We suggest packing the return with care (if the items is returned in a condition other than new, we can not process your refund).
- Please use a traceable carrier for the return of your item/s.
- In order to process your return, Such Good Supply must first receive the original item in new, unused condition. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise minus any additional fees, restocking or otherwise noted.
- Please be aware that on exchanges of ribbon over 10 yards an additional invoice will be generated for the 25% restocking fee of the original items plus any additional shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
